The DIAMOND RING SAW is an exceptional saw with outstanding capability. It is a hand held hydraulically powered saw capable of cutting 250mm deep in one pass. This tremendous performance enables the saw to cut out openings for doorways, windows and ducts with comparative ease. A standard doorway opening of 2100 x 900 through 200 thick reinforced concrete can be completed in less than 2 hours! A massive timesaver when deadlines are approaching. Due to its size and manoeuvrability the ring saw is ideally suited to working in confined spaces and cutting on the inside of bridge arches or tunnels. The hydraulic drive units are powered by petrol or 3 phase electric supply, which makes it the ideal tool for working in sensitive environments where no fumes are permitted. All diamond sawing techniques create smooth, square openings that require a bare minimum of making good, if any at all.  

CHASING OUT in walls has long been a nightmare task for craftsmen required to install concealed conduits and cables. DRILLCHASE LTD. has made this task much easier by utilizing the latest diamond cutting equipment. Twin bladed machines form two parallel cut simultaneously, the unwanted material is then easily removed by lightweight breaker, dust suppression equipment is connected to the cutting machine at all times to ensure a dust free working environment. Chases can be formed in block work, brickwork and concrete walls and also in slabs for trunkings etc. cutting 25 x 25 chases in block work walls two men can easily achieve over 100 linear metres per day.
